How we work
The focus is not limited to manufacturing equipment. Before recommending a solution we study the application, the operating conditions, the airflow, the pressure, the temperature, the medium and the dust load. The equipment that follows is designed for high efficiency, robust performance, reduced maintenance and longer operating life.
Depending on the application, equipment is manufactured in steel, stainless steel, FRP-lined and other specialised construction materials.
What we make
Centrifugal Fans
0.3 to 120 m³/s, 25 to 3120 mmWC single stage. Six blade configurations, three drive arrangements.
Axial Fans
0.3 to 70 m³/s, 3 to 75 mmWC. Direct drive, belt drive and bifurcated. Fixed or variable pitch impellers.
Bag Filter
Fabric filters in polyester, polypropylene, Ryton and Nomex. Efficiency to 99.9% down to 5 micron.
Cyclonic Separator
Coarse dust pre-collector. Low cost, low maintenance, low pressure drop. To 90% down to 30 micron.
Multiclone
Bank of small cyclones in one housing. To 90% down to 20 micron, with hopper and rotary air lock.
Wet Scrubber
Static, spray tower, packed bed, venturi and cyclonic spray types. Efficiency to 99.9% down to 5 micron.
Ventilation System
Supply and exhaust ventilation, evaporative cooling, roof extractors, jet fans and air distribution.
Adsorption Tower
Activated carbon towers for solvent, VOC and odour removal.

Improving the efficiency and reliability of existing fan systems is a core part of the work: fan and system performance testing, energy audits of industrial fans, retrofitting low-efficiency fan systems, rotor replacement and performance enhancement, dynamic balancing and vibration analysis, condition monitoring and troubleshooting, and installation, commissioning and after-sales support.
